Karen Michaels is a talent powerhouse. Her shows are terrific. I particularly enjoyed hearing her sing standards and Broadway tunes recently, but she does it all. I have lived and worked in Las Vegas for over 15 years, and in that time, I have rarely seen a musician as versatile, motivated, easy to work with, and vibrant. Karen is a triple threat because she plays piano, sings, and acts. That makes her an outstanding "one-woman band" for all occasions, but I have also seen with her trios, big bands, and more. She has a gorgeous voice, a great range, a bubbly personality, a stellar repertoire, and a terrific sensibility about song choices and appropriate patter during her shows. Whether she is playing in the background or front and center, people always walk away thrilled to be entertained by Karen Michaels.
I remember when I first heard Karen, singing in a prestigious, high-end restaurant on the Las Vegas strip. Everyone around was saying "That voice belongs on Broadway!" It is so true. I am happy to see that her career has since grown by leaps and bounds. I had no doubt! Yet she remains humble and consistent, whether she is playing a restaurant or a theater or a stadium. She still connects with people. THAT is my favorite thing about Karen - her ability to connect with an audience. That is something you either have, or you don't. I had the absolute honor to hear Karen perform at a hotel & casino in Las Vegas, NV! She was absolutely incredible. I was blown away by her powerful vocals and the girl's energy knows no end! She was bubbly and had a wonderful personality. But beyond that, her voice is truly stunning and enjoyable to listen to! I would attend any event she was performing at. What an amazing talent!

The perfect touch for your party, reception or afternoon brunch. 1-3 hours available “Walkin’ Thru Life in My Jimmy Choos”- a New York-style cabaret show featuring songs that have touched my life. And, I hope touches yours....with pianist plus me and/or 3-5 piece band - 1 hour. Michaels and Michaels-yes, its true! My husband sings too and when he does, it stops the room! Our repertoire includes classical, broadway and standards of today and yesterday. Pianist plus Dennis and Karen. 1-3 hours available. Dangerous Curves - Las Vegas’ most versatile trio! What happens when you combine 3 talented, fabulous women? Dangerous Curves, of course! Whether you are looking for an energetic stage show to kick-start or close your event with a bang, or you want an evening of elegant, classic music tailor-made to tastefully compliment and highlight your party’s personality, the girls of Dangerous Curves will deliver! From cocktails to corporate, dinner music to dance party, weddings to wine tastings, the girls will make sure we fully understand your needs and then execute exactly the type of event you have been envisioning.
