Higher Ground Band performs in Churches, Motorcycle Events, Festivals, Parties, anywhere where you want to true Word of God heard. HGB members include Frank Silano- lead guitar and vocals; Cathie Silano~ lead singer; Victor Martin- guitar, drums and keyboard, as well as vocals; Blake Travis-bass. All member hail from the Tampa Bay area.
When you book Higher Ground Band you can expect your patrons to be "Wowed." Not only are they are solid group of musicians they are rock solid in their walk with Jesus Christ. HGB writes all their own music and all of it glorifies our Lord and Saviour.
They have been likened in sound to old school rock and roll.
Higher Ground Band has played at: Suncoast Bike Show; Salvation Saloon; The Rock Coffee House; Daytona Bike Week; Clearwater sun and fun; Christian Rock on Ice, just to name a few.
The name "Higher Ground Band" is because they are always striving for Higher Ground. We are not allied with any particular denomination.

Higher Ground Band is a rockin' mix of Classic, Southern and Blues rock styles and is reminiscent of everything from Bad Company to Led Zeppelin and Stevie Ray Vaughan to Pink Floyd.

You can expect people on their feet Praising the Lord and singing along with Higher Ground Band. Their music touches todays lives in all areas. Good old School Christian Rock & Roll.

Stage/Setup Requirements:
Sound system and sound tech (although can bring with) Any lighting wanted by venue will have to be supplied by venue.

Additional Notes:
We are "self contained" we have our own sound equipment, we set up ourselves. Of course if you have sound that will carry a 5 peice that would be awesome. We love Jesus and want to spread His Word through our music!

Set/Song/Sequence List:
Higher Ground Band brings all their own instruments, mic's, stands, wires, etc. Lighting would have to be provided by venue. HGB will work with your sound equipment and sound tech.
