Gator Beat isa six piece Cajun/Zydeco and New Orleans R&B band living in the San Francisco Bay Area. The band has been together for 22 years and offers a broad representation of the best of South Louisiana style music, presenting exciting dance music, french waltzes, Mardi Gras parades and more.It is showtime everytime.
Gator Beat continues to stun its audiences with a versatility uncommon in this genre. This group adds its own dimensions, taking Gator Beat originals, traditional Zydeco & Cajun hits from the past, New Orleans Second Lines, and weaving a masterpiece of live energy that is completely satisfying. It comes together and leaves you screaming “Gimme some mo’!”
