Jason Franklin is a 29 year old singer/songwriter/band leader. In 2001 he gathered an impressive line-up of highly experienced musicians to bring his sound to life. Together, they have won countless battle-of-the-bands compitions, and continue to push evermore forword in the art of rock music. Jason is known for his unique voice and original song stylings. Though he keeps his own music in the forefront, he with due respect pays tribute to his mentors, performing a variety of traditional blues and classic rock covers.
About
Jason Franklin has been playing music since the age of 13. As a senor of high school, he began making a living playing solo in bars and coffeshops.
In 2001 he formed a full fledge band with the help of good friend Max Ridgway, a graduate of the renowned Berklee College of Music. Max intoduced Jason to Richard Martin and Tony Swafford.
The band is renowned for it's bold sound influenced by The Rolling Stones, The Doors, Tom Waits, & Bob Dylan.
