What to Expect
Our Flairco bartenders are all cross trained so that they can both entertain your guests with flair bartending and serve hand crafted gourmet cocktails at the same time. While our rates might be a bit higher than other event service companies, Flairco bartenders are all experienced professionals, not students or amateur bartenders.
Our rates include working flair cocktail service, exhibition flair shows, creation of signature cocktail(s) and help putting together the bar supply list. Also included is the set up and clean up time required for the bar area, as well as travel time to and from the event.
With respect to the drink menu, we can either serve creative new cocktails, or simply revisit existing favourites. As you will have a better idea of the preferences for your guests than our bartenders, we are open to all suggestions and as mentioned will help you put together the supply list if needed as well.
All Flairco bartenders come with their own bar tools and equipment, including almost everything that they will need to serve (bottle openers, shaker tins, ice scoops, pour spouts, etc). A portable bar unit can also be provided. Please note that the spirits, mixers, glassware and ice will need to be provided by the host venue.
