Hi my name is Tiffany, and I am the owner of Flair on the Fly Professional Bartending Services. While our headquarters are located in Columbia, MO, we serve most all of Missouri, parts of Illinois, and parts of Kansas. Being a fully licensed (including liquor license), we can offer something that no other private bartending company in the state of MO can.....A CASH BAR SERVICE. That's right we have been confirmed by the Alcohol & Tobacco Control (ATC) to be the only "private, professional cash bar provider in the state of Missouri. We can also provide host/open bars, limited bars, juice bars, & just bartending services.
What does that mean to you?

It means that we provide everything you could walk in to a bar an expect to see. Items we provide or rent include:
~a portable bar
~glass ware & stem ware
~Alcohol (Yes, I can provide, supply, and sell drinks to your guests alleviating you of the liquor purchasing overhead.)
~Mixers
~All bar tools (ice scoops, speed pourers, shakers, strainers, bar mats,etc,)
~All fruit garnishes
~Coolers for beverages and ice
~Champagne Toast Services (including chilling it, and table side service)
~A beer pong table
~A poker table top cover
~Professional poker dealers on staff
~servers on staff
~all paper products (bev napkins, straws, cups,etc.)
~Entertaining props (LED light up beer dispensing towers, chocolate fountain, etc.)

In essence this makes for a stress free event or party for you! You get to sit back, and leave the bar stuff to me!

We will arrive at your event as early as is necessary to set up, and after the event we tear down and clean up.
The kind of service you can expect to get from us is nothing short of the best! Make your event memorable, bring a little flair to the equation!

Influences

I'd have to say the movie COCKTAILS! After being in the industry for many years, and having watched the movie, I decided to take bartending to the next level. I wanted to do something that no one had ever done before......at least in this area for sure. I wanted to own my own mobile bar. I didn't want to be stuck tied down to the same four walls, and the same 30 people day after day. I wanted to see the state, and all the different people in it. I also wanted to be a part of so many special moments in peoples lives that really matter. Weddings, anniversaries, retirements, debuts, promotions, etc. These moments are the ones that really count in life....and I get to be a small part of that moment and memory that will last a lifetime.
As far as the bottle juggling.....pouring drinks can get monotonous. I wanted to do something that would bring excitement, and spice things up again. Its fun for me, and entertaining for the guests. It presents a challenge.... I love to be challenged!

What to Expect

Typical Gig Duration: 2 - 8 minutes

Some of the things that audience member would experience during our "performance", would be bottles and bar tools flying through the air. Sometimes may even a tandem performance ( two bartenders throwing bottles through the air in tricky, dazzling fashions. We twirl our bottles, juggle our bottles, and spin our bottles. Always ending with a sultry cocktail for a patron to drink. We make them with style....you drink them with style!
