I had tried a number of different photo booth rentals prior to Family Fun Entertainment and always got burned. Family Fun Entertainment was different. From the very beginning, they were just a joy to work with. Unlike the others, they had amazing customer
service from the start. They were great to talk to, understanding and accommodating no matter how many times I changed my mind in what I wanted, they didn't spring any surprise charges on me, and they stayed true to their word and did everything I asked for and more. They customer service was simply the best I have ever received. I planned everything with Franco and remember hanging up with my spirits brightened every time. Carlos worked at my wedding and was awesome! I had a ton of people come to ask me for their information so they could use them for their own events. I was also told numerous times just how happy they were with Carlos.
Planning your own wedding can be very stressful with all of the great many bumps in the road both in the planning stages and the day of! But Family Fun Entertainment was smooth and easy to work with from the very beginning. They helped make my wedding great! And I will never forget it. I would recommend them to anyone!

Hiring us, or any vendor, should be smoooooooth and easy and you should know they care. So let's go to day of event:
Carlos arrives, sets up, and realizes I had forgot to include the backdrop for the inside of the booth. This is not good because it would mean the flash from the camera would make the background too bright. With about an hour and a half to start time, I jumped in my car, ran to the shop to grab the backdrop, raced out to the event and arrived just as you were at the front door taking pictures. We spoke briefly and I left, and you probably didn't know why I was there.
