Chef Billy has more than fifteen years of professional experience from working in fine establishments such as the Black Dog Tavern in Martha’s Vineyard, MA. Certified as a Culinary & Pastry Chef by New York Restaurant School in 1996 he has catered parties of up to 1,200 people. In 2012, Chef Billy teamed up with his wife, a professional in the Art of Middle Eastern Dance to do what they love best, entertain guests. Daisy has a background in Egyptian, Turkish, Bellynessian and Zambra Mora, which is a Flamenco/Gypsy Fusion. She has been performing on stage since 2006.

Influences

I have been dancing on stage and performina at parties with a troop called Shayna and The Snake Charmers since 2006. I have studied under renowned choreographer, instructor and performer, Shayna Lee. I have also taken dance and instrumental workshops with extrodinary performers from all over the world. My influences come from Saida of Argentina and Sonya of Belly Dance Super Stars.

What to Expect

The Middle Eastern dance performance is usually a 45 minute performance followed by posing for pictures. The entrance is always impacting with Isis Wings or Sword and Veil. An amazing drum solo usually follows the entrance performance. I will then dance to some upbeat music to engage the audience and get them on to the dance floor or at least get them to do some moves at their table. I always perform in designer Egyptian costume, which really makes the experience feel as if you were in Egypt.
I do provide other styles of dances such as; bellynesian and zambra mora. Bellynesian is a fusion of belly dance and Polynesian dance moves to Polynesian music. Zambra Mora is a fusion of Spanish/Flamenco and Belly Dancing. I do offer belly dancing with fire palms and choreographing a dance for you and some of your closest friends to perform for your guests.
We also offer bartending and catering services with a cuisine that suits your event such as; Middle Eastern, Greek, Indian, Cuban/Spanish and Polynesian. We will also provide a drink menu authentic to the cuisine. For example; if you are having a Polynesian Luau themed event, we have drinks that are authentic Polynesian, Tahitian and Hawaiian drinks.
Our goal is to make your guest feel like they have been transported to one of the aforementioned exotic locations.
