Instead of "packaged" entertainment, we discuss options that are available to you based on our 14 years experience. We will talk to you about the different performers we have and / or rentals and services we provide. Your event is tailor-made to meet your specific requirements. DIDI MAXX'S PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:
Didi was born into a "Show Business" family and began her entertainment career at age 8 when she and her sister joined their mother in a French Cabaret Comedy Revue. She is a classically trained dancer with a strong background in Jazz and Tap dancing. She attended both the acclaimed Lee Strasberg Theater Institute and the Singers Forum in N.Y.C. as a scholarship student. Her most noteworthy performances have been in "Cats," "42nd Street," "Cabaret," "Sweet Charity" and "Godspell."

In 1995, Didi opened LaBrecque Studios, a performing arts school for children. It was then that Didi developed "Adventure Theme Parties" for children combining her talents as a theatrical performer, creativity as a show producer and vast experience teaching children in the areas of the performing arts.

In 1998, she started Adventures in Entertainment, a party and event planning company. In 2002, she began Didi Maxx Productions, an off-shoot of Adventures in Entertainment devoted to magical productions and magic shows.


ABOUT DIDI MAXX MAGIC SHOWS AND ROUTINES:
Didi is winner of the Society of American Magicains "Best Performer" Award for 2008 and 2009. Didi has a rich catalog of shows and routines that are appropriately designed for different ages, events, themes, venues, groups, organizations, and fundraisers. From a simple birthday party at your home to an 8-person stage show, Didi customizes her shows to meet your vision.

Her latest production, "Mystique" is a 6 Performer stage production of magic to music a la Cirque Du Soleil. The show features dancers, acrobats and gymnasts with a range of specialty skills. Hip Hop, Bbop/Breakdancing, Modern Dance, Acro Balance, BMX Stunt Cycling, Poi Spinning and Magical Illusions come together to create an inspirational visual display filled with energy, excitement, suprise and magical wonder. The show debuts this fall on September 12, 2009 at the Oyster Bay Festival in Oyster Bay, NY.
