What I Do

Basically, I'm a vocalist / guitarist. My main style of music (about 75 percent) is "Country" but I really enjoy throwing in some 50's, 60's, 70's and 80's rock and roll just to spice things up a bit.

Some of my clients hire me as just a guitarist (acoustic or electric) to play background music for their event. Some hire me to play my acoustic or electric guitar and sing and others prefer a more full sound and hire me as a one man band.

Over the years I've probably learned over a thousand songs. While I don't remember them all, I still remember around 300 or so and am always learning new ones. I love taking requests and if it is a song that gets requested a lot, I most likely will learn it. When it comes to special music for special occasions, I'm usually happy to oblige.

For my "One Man Band" show, I create, arrange or edit all of my material to fit the way I perform and I play most of the lead guitar parts live. In Short, It sounds very much like a real band. The demos I have here were made with the same equipment I use on the gig.

With more than 30 years in the music business I have learned how to choose music for the different audiences I perform for. I have learned what they respond positively to and what they dislike. Most importantly, I've learned how to create a fun experience for my audience.
I am also a business man. Aside from being a musician, I also own and operate a recording studio and music school. While I fully understand that you can't please everyone all the time I also know the importance of giving your customers the products and service they expect.
