After seeing Danny's performance I knew right away it won't be long before his calendar is booked tight with major venues. I missed his performance at Wolf Trap but was able to see him in action at my husband's private birthday party. He provided non-stop laughter. His comedy is witty and his improv is awsome! It's something you have to experience to understand. I would recommend him to everyone!

About
Danny Rolando grew up around comedy in the Washington, DC area. After studying business and years of working in management, he realized his passion for stand-up comedy. Danny left his job as a bank manager and decided to pursue his dream. Danny launched his career at a small Open-Mic in Washington, DC and has received great reviews and steady bookings ever since. Laughter didn’t always come easily, but through hard work and dedication he was able to find his voice on stage.
Danny has an animated, slightly sarcastic, hysterical view of society, its rules and political correctness. He is comfortable performing in front of all types of audiences, whether he is talking about how text messaging has changed the way we communicate, the rules people follow when dating, or growing up Latino in America.
Danny Rolando has opened for other comedians and entertainers including Alonzo Bodden, Tony Woods, Todd Rexx, Cory Fernandez, Gary Owen, Allan Havey from Curb Your Enthusiasm, and singing legend Julio Iglesias.
Danny has performed at several comedy clubs and venues including The DC Improv, The Baltimore Comedy Factory, The Gala Hispanic Theatre, The North Carolina Comedy Arts Festival, The Laughing Skull Comedy Festival, Sully’s Comedy Cellar, The Baltimore Annual ArtScape, The Arlington Cinema Draft House, The Comedy Zone, Liberty Laughs Comedy Club, DSI Comedy Theatre, Wolftrap and Side Splitters Comedy Club.
Danny was also tapped in April 2011 to headline the First Annual Comedy Fundraiser in Washington, DC for the Latin American Youth Center, a national lobbying group promoting education and work programs.
Danny also performed for The Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers USPTO Chapter for Hispanic Heritage Month in October 2011.
