IGNORE the yelp review. There is a good reason why people don't trust Yelp reviews. I've been there for birthday parties and social tea and it was great. The owner and her helpers, who are her daughters are very nice, courteous and really make sure that all the kids that come there have a great time. Haven't met anyone who had a bad thing to say about this place.

Cutie Patootie is an exceptional party venue!
My daughter had her 11th birthday celebration at Cutie Patootie. It was an awesome time had by all including myself. The details were amazing. The staff were totally in sync with the needs of the kids. They literally took care of everything from salad to nuts effortlessly. My daughter was beyond joy with the outcome of "Club Skylar". The DJ was incredible. I honestly cannot think of something unfavorable. I am looking forward to future events at Cutie Patootie!

Cutie Patootie Birthdays & Such was created by two moms who realized that venues catering to girls in the DC Metropolitan area were extremely limited. Besides the usual franchised arenas for parties, venues where girls could visit and express themselves by developing their sense of imagination, creativity and femininity was extremely narrow. With male dominant venues on the rise; centers for online gaming, laser tag, paint ball, and rock climbing, Karen Brotherton-Julien and Marisol Vasquez wanted to have an elegant place where their girls and others like them could visit and just be girls. Hours of dreaming, researching & imagination went into creating Cutie Patootie Birthdays & Such, a whimsical cottage where hands on learning and giggles of excitement go hand in hand.
