Professional trombonist comfortable in playing any genre from salsa to funk to classical to (link hidden) for studio sessions, live gigs and private lessons. Excellent sight reader as well as ear player. Have performed with Grammy nominated KG Omulo at the 2012 Playboy Jazz Festival in Hollywood and well as the 2014 Bollywood Film (IFAA) Awards in Tampa. I bring a great attitude and positive energy to any gig.
We could not have been more pleased with Corey, Christian, Matt and Dan. They did an outstanding job in complimenting our Easter Service. Corey and the guys are so easy to work with, and “fit” with our other musicians immediately. Hire these guys, they are worth every penny.
Corey made a great addition to our Easter Sunday brass ensemble! Great communication, was super-punctual, gelled with the group, and played like the pro he is. Strong musicianship and professional attitude makes Mr. Powell an asset to any group. Highly recommended!!!
