April 25, 2026Cassy catered a family gathering this past weekend and it was all delicious. She served up a great fish fry, including hush puppies, deep-fried collard turnovers, seasoned Brussels sprouts, cold smoked chicken, peach cobbler.

December 2, 2013Cassy catered an event for my wife's 50th birthday party. At the peak, we had approximately 60 people. Cassy and her team kept the food coming hot out of the kitchen to take care of our guests in grand style. Many of our guests commented on how good the food was and asked for Cassy's contact info. I was a little nervous as Cassy coached me on how much food was really needed for the event, but she was right! Very little food left over all at a reasonable price. I am pleased to offer Cassy my highest personal recommendation.

I am a graduate of the Culinary Business Academy and I was a member of The United States Personal Chef Association. I'm a professionally trained personal chef and caterer, and I provide some different services.
As your personal chef, I will shop for your groceries, enter your home with my own utensils, cook your customized meals, place them into freezable containers, leave you with heating instructions, and clean the kitchen afterwards.
As your caterer, I will provide excellent service and delicious food. I believe in using the freshest ingredients so the food is flavorful and delicious. I have a full wait staff and a bartender if needed. I'm a vendor at the largest fair in the world, The State Fair of Texas. I have a 16ft long food trailer and can prepare anything on-site.
