Band members can have the confidence of knowing that I'll do everything reasonably possible to make sure that they get what they need in the monitors, and that their sound will be faithfully reproduced in the mains. I'm a professional, degreed studio musician, so I mix with the ears of a musician, and I understand the needs of musicians in a way that nonmusicians can't. Audiences will get the best listening experience possible. Band members can leave the audio in my capable hands and concentrate on what they do best.
