Very disappointed! Talented but unprofessional.
We hired Bob to shoot video and produce a corporate video. We paid him to do the shoots and for the materials. He agreed to get us a promo within a month but after 5 months of broken promises ("I'll send the video tomorrow/this week") and delays we have nothing. We even sent him prepaid postage so we could reclaim the video footage and hire a professional to do the promo, but owner Bob cursed me out and refuses to send the material. We tried hard to work with Bob but he would not cooperate or communicate. Please don't waste your money with BKC Video. If I could give 0 stars for professionalism & communication I would.
