A soulful belly dancer, Bessy Ochoa possesses the power to hypnotize the audience with her enchanting moves. She developed her craft through diligent work and under supervision of reowned teachers. Bessy has held a lifelong passion for dance, music and culture. As a child she participated in folk dance performances in her country, Honduras, and during her middle school years she was motivated to explore the magic of the Middle East. Since then, she has continued to dance in public and private events with her alluring grace and charismatic artistry capturing the essence of the authentic Middle Eastern dance, transporting her audience to the sighs and sounds of the mystical Orient. Her natural flow of dance is inspired by her creativeness and deep love for all kinds of music.

What to Expect

Typical Gig Duration: 60 - 1000 minutes

Bessy teaches belly dance exclusively through choreography. She teaches you a solid, step-by-step, useable choreography that you can take home to practice. You will not only be learning basic moves in the first class, from the first moment you will be learning and memorizing a choreography to perform in the future, when you get to the advanced belly dance level. Want a good workout? You will definitely get that in her belly dance class! Bessy will teach you an intense routine that you can take home to continue to practice and get in shape. Her bellydancing classes are fun, creative, and goal oriented. What could be better?
