PONY RIDES: We deliver Happy, Healthy, Safe Fun. We provide Pony Rides for both Children and Adults, with no height, weight or age restrictions. Our accident-free rides are hand-led by side-walkers. We individually tailor our packages to your unique desires, needs and budget. We warmly welcome and strongly encourage Themes - Paint the Pony, Faeries, Knights, Princesses, Gypsies, Pirates, Cowboys, Cowgirls, Indians, Lord of The Rings, Headless Horseman, Unicorn, Pegasus, Circus. You name it, our horses have done it all - children's birthday parties to events such as Eeyore's Birthday Party, with an average attendance of more than 200,000 people. Our forgiving, gentle, kind, loving horses take everything in stride, including live music, parades, carnivals, balloons, bounce houses, cannons, fire works, gun fire, sirens, air horns, trains, and crowds of thousands. We are available for all events and occasions including but not limited to Birthdays, Engagements, Weddings, Anniversaries, Family Reunions, School, Church, Fairs, Festivals, Fund Raisers, Grand Openings, HOA Events, Parades, Corporate and Special Events of any and all types.

We are well-known for our diverse lineup of quality services for both horse and rider. But our family is about far more than providing unique, versatile and innovative services for horse and rider, as well as exceeding your wildest expectations. Our entire lives have been committed to giving back to our community. All of our activities, including giving back to the community, stem from our family philosophy built on the basic principle of Life, Love and Harmony - respect for the horse and the individual, and sharing joy with our extended family of clients, volunteers and our community. Our unique perspective inspires us to be involved in a broad range of activites and services focused on Youth (including Children of ALL Ages), recreation (FUN!), education, history, science, and technology. We proactively contribute to our community through donations of services and volunteering, as well as various unique programs such as Holiday Trail Rides and Theme Party Pony Rides. Our goal in life is to become as wonderful as our horses think we are. Our Mission is to facilitate "Happy, Healthy, Safe and Sound," for horses, riders, and our community. Skye, our horse master, is a devoted professional with a lifetime of experience (over 39 years).

Stage/Setup Requirements:
Bad weather policy
Deposit required to reserve date. Non-refundable.
Dogs put away or kept inside.
No Wet Swimsuits - Towels Must Be Provided
Payment Methods: cash upon arrival, credit upon arrival or in advance, check in advance by paypal only, wire transfer in advance (bank, walmart, western union)
Travel charge based on current diesel fuel prices
Working area no less than 20 x 20
Working surfaces - grass, dirt, sand. Possible exceptions: asphalt, smooth pavement, with no gravel, glass or other debris. No chemical pesticides or fertilizers within 5 days prior.

Additional Notes:
1) DEPOSITS: Please keep in mind that we do not reserve your date until we receive your deposit. In order to reserve your date, we require a deposit of 25%. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON. For your convenience, we accept the following deposits:
* Paypal - online, secure - Credit, Debit, Check
* Wire Transfer - bank to bank, Walmart, Western Union

2) PAYMENT: Payment is due in full upon arrival prior to starting rides. We won't start pony rides until we have been paid in full. For your convenience, we accept the following methods of payment:
* Cash - Upon Arrival
* Paypal - 7 Days in Advance - online, secure - Credit, Debit, Check
* Wire Transfer - 24 Hours in Advance - bank to bank, Walmart, Western Union

3) PUBLIC VENUES AND PARKS: It is your responsibility to contact the public venue or park to make sure that pony rides are allowed. Permits and Permit Fees are your responsibility. We won't offer refunds if we aren't allowed to work because we're asked to leave.

4) DOG POLICY: Dogs barking, biting, charging or nipping at our ponies and horses are serious safety hazards. For the safety of your children, our ponies and our horses, please put away or keep inside all dogs during pony rides. Until dogs are put away or kept inside, we won't run rides. If any of our ponies or horses are injured or killed because your dogs get loose, you are legally liable and responsible for veterinary bills or replacement animal costs. Because not all ponies and horses are appropriate for this kind of work, Bella Peregrina Ranch will select replacement ponies and horses.

5) WET BATHING SUITS: Please provide towels to keep our saddles dry, if you are having a water slide or pool party.

6) WORKING SURFACES: For the safety and comfort of our ponies and horses, we prefer that they work on grass, dirt or sand. We may consider concrete or asphalt, if it is clean of debris, and depending on the temperature. Grass may not have been treated with chemical weed killer, pesticide or fertilizers within 5 - 7 days of them working on it as it is a health hazard.

Depending on the length of the event, large Special Events will also require access to shade, access to water, and provision of appropriate footing material, such as hay, straw, shavings or sawdust. If necessary, upon request, for an additional fee, we will provide our own shade, water and footing material.

7) PARKING FOR TRUCK AND TRAILER: We need at least 6 car lengths space (60 - 70 feet) to park the truck and trailer. We must be able to either pull straight in and pull straight out, or to be able to pull straight in, turn around and pull straight out. If pony rides start late because we can't park upon arrival, that time will come out of scheduled party time. We won't add additional time.

8) CLEAN UP: We provide clean up. Manure makes the best natural, organic fertilizer. Let us know where to spread it for you.

9) BAD WEATHER POLICY: In case of bad weather, we will call before we leave. You may cancel due to weather, with no additional charges:
* No later than 8 hours before scheduled start time.
* No earlier than 48 hours before scheduled time.
There will be no refunds once we leave, even if we are unable to work at all upon arrival. There will be no refunds if we begin work, the weather is questionable and we are forced to stop.
