About

Classical guitarist Artem Vovk is a doctorate student at CU-Boulder. He received his undergraduate and Master's degrees at Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. Artem has performed at numerous events and functions in Maryland, Pennsylvania and DC. As a professional musician, he also premiered numerous solo and chamber works at Peabody Institute, soundSCAPE music festival in Italy, and Bang on a Can festival in Massachusetts. Collaboratiors include Avi Avital, Hakki Cengiz Eren, Esin Gunduz, members of ICE Ensemble, eighth blackbird and Bang on a Can All-Stars.
