A typical performance and pairing would last around 45min to an hour. Additional tastings and wines to pair with food afterwards can be added on. The orchestral accompaniments are played over a large speaker and will comfortably fill any sized room that you are looking to host in. The wines of the evening can be chosen from set pairing packages, or you can provide your own, given enough notice and a small corkage fee. The repertoire of the evening can also be chosen from a few set setlists, however individual requests can be presented given enough forward notice. Tastings can be provided for up to 20 guests. If you are looking to host more than that many, reach out and we can discuss options to make sure your needs are met!
