Horrible Experience

We visited All American Amusement Carnival in Bloomingdale, IL and let me just say.. it was a horrible experience. We started playing some games, lost, no big deal. Then, we played some "bucket" game. The guy in charge of the game first began by saying, "hold on, let me put my bottle of booze down." He took the bottle out and hid it behind the stuffed animals. He then told us all the secrets of the game like, "there is a spring behind the bucket so be careful," also giving us a free game, thinking we were going to win. We were on the last throw, $480 down, and made the last shot, which we were supposed to then get all our money back and a TV and all of a sudden he says, "The ball hit the rim, game over, doesn't count." We asked to speak to the manager and look at the cameras and of course the guy running the game lied about cameras and there really were none! They just want your money there so do not waste your time going there. The manager was rude, the carnival guy was drunk, and the place was so dirty. I can't believe a place like that would take money like that from some one and trust "his word" (after hes been drinking) over ours. Horrible customer service.
