No one wants to have a dry, dull, boring party! The key to having the best party is a combination of good food, drinks and most importantly… “The Shea Butta Band” to provide the music and entertainment. This talented cover band can sing and play almost anything! They personally interact with and entertain all the guests. Everyone will leave your party/event with a smile on their face, joy in their heart and tons of fond memories.
I hired “The Shea Butta Band” to entertain at a 60th Wedding Anniversary party and they delivered an awesome performance! Several guests sent me video clips from the party and inquired how they could book this talented band. I will never forget the lead singers “Shea Smooth” and “Sweet D“ helping my dad to serenade and dance with my mom to Temptation's “My Girl” . Another highlight was watching a 90 year old woman join the band on stage as she demonstrated the proper way to dance to Aretha Franklin’s “Rock Steady”. I also think the great Johnny “Guitar” Watson in musical heaven was smiling and proud of the band’s cover of his song “A Real Mother For Ya”. Enjoying the soulful singing and skillful playing of the strumming guitar and the thumping bass.
