Zxena is a 20 year old pop singer - songwriter based in Fresno, California. Since the age of 12, she has been in vocal lessons, dance classes, and has knowledge of playing the guitar and the piano. Zxena draws inspiration from Bebe Rexha, Dua Lipa, Ariana Grande and Halsey. Her main goal is to lift up others with her music as she believes music is one of the world’s strongest cures.

To help develop her fanbase, Zxena has been rapidly taking on Social Media by growing over 5,000 followers within her first year of posting content. Her biggest Social Media platform is Instagram (zxenamusic) where she posts her newest releases, collaborations with other artists, live performances and covers. With all of her videos combined, Zxena has been viewed over 80,000 times.

Since the age of 12, Zxena has taken 8 years of vocal lessons at The Voice Shop in Fresno, has taken a variety of dance classes and has skill in playing the guitar and piano. Zxena first started to take singing lessons as a hobby as she figured since she was good at it, she might as well expand her skill. After a year of taking her voice lessons, she found that singing was her passion. It wasn’t until Zxena’s first live performance at The Big Fresno Fair, she decided to pursue a career in music.

At age 15, decided that a great asset to help become a better musician would be to pick up a musical instrument. Zxena’s first instrument was her uncle’s acoustic guitar. She began to take guitar lessons with her vocal coach who taught her the basics. After reaching a familiarity with the guitar, Zxena decided to learn the basics of the keyboard. To improve her stage performance, Zxena started performing in talent shows, school rallies, competitions around the valley and at local fairs.

In beginning of 2018, Zxena made monthly travels to Los Angeles to work with a North Hollywood producer, Ryan StockBridge, on 5 pop singles which are currently being released. Her first single “Get Enough” was released , July 13th, on all platforms and has been receiving nothing but great praise. Her following singles are yet to be announced, but will be releasing throughout the end of summer along with promotion and music videos. Zxena has also been in collaboration with a Canadian artist, Nu Szn, and was featured on his latest album “Nu Classik” starring on his 6th track “Forsaken”.
