Hi! I’m Eric Everett and Zowie Entertainment is my full-time business of fun! I have spent most of my life doing shows in the New York City area, but I now I travel throughout the world for events from my home near Asheville, NC.

In 1994, when I was teaching theater full time, I formed this company to create & distribute my music CDs. With the success of my kids’ CD & Video “Animal Party” in 2000, I turned my attention full time to bringing music & laughter to a wider audience. Fortified with 20 years teaching experience in grades K-12 and 30 working in Arts and Entertainment, I have ooodles of experience to draw upon. I’m told that being from Wisconsin gives me a basis for trustworthiness and integrity :) I guess that means I stand by my work and will always give you a good show!

From working in all areas on the entertainment and event industry and working in a wide range of environments, I can help you cover all the details from the age-appropriate content of the entertainment to the attention to technical detail (arrangement of tables, power sources, order of events, whats the effect of the open bar on the guests cognitive ability, etc). In ANY size event, there are LOTS of potential details, but you don’t have to worry about them, that’s why I’m here to help!

The success of the event rests greatly on the ability to communicate well between all involved in planning it. Being kind, considerate, flexible and fun is as crucial as being professional. I can give you an exact quote for all travel and additional costs including hotel stay and car rental if required once we discuss the event details.

If traveling to your event by plane, I will make arrangements with the venue you are using to see what equipment they have that I may need, but not much is absolutely necessary except for a sound system for larger groups.

All events must take place indoors or under a covered area and have a dedicated (non-generator) source of power, like a wall outlet.
