Strolling Mind Reading
Zephyr mingles throughout the event, performing up-close mind reading and mentalism for small groups of guests. This works especially well for cocktail hours, receptions, dinners, and parties where people are moving around and socializing.

Comedy Mentalism Show
A 30–45 minute parlor or stage show for the entire group, packed with mind reading, impossible predictions, spontaneous comedy, and plenty of audience involvement. The show can be adapted to fit the size and style of your event.

Zephyr is a larger-than-life character, but the show is never about embarrassing guests or putting anyone in an uncomfortable position. The experience is playful, welcoming, and designed to get huge laughs and genuine reactions while making your guests feel like they’re part of something they’ve never seen before.

Hi, I’m Rob Polonsky, the Los Angeles-based comedic actor and mentalist behind Zephyr, my larger-than-life comedic mind-reading character. I combine mentalism and mind-reading magic with improv, audience interaction, and character comedy to create performances that are spontaneous, surprising, magical and genuinely funny.

I’m currently in the Advanced Writing Lab at the world-renowned Groundlings Theatre & School, where I continue to develop my sketch comedy and improvisation skills.

Early in my career, I co-created the viral YouTube channel Chad, Matt & Rob, whose videos have received more than 70 million views. Zephyr has also appeared in a viral video viewed more than 18 million times.

Before returning to performing full time, I spent 15 years leading creative teams at Google, Amazon, and Disney. That combination of comedy, storytelling, improv, and professional experience is what I bring to every event, whether I’m performing up close with guests or for the entire room.

Strolling Mind Reading

Fully self-contained. No staging, equipment, or audio setup is required. I bring everything I need and move throughout the event performing directly for your guests.

Parlor & Stage Shows

Sound: I provide my own professional wireless headset microphone and receiver. For larger shows, I’ll need access to the venue’s PA system or house mixer. If a suitable sound system isn’t available, we can coordinate audio needs in advance.

Performance Space: A clear, well-lit performance area or stage with good sightlines for the audience.

Audience Access: Because the show is highly interactive, there should be an easy path for guests to move between their seats and the performance area.

No complicated lighting or technical cues are required. Standard house lighting or a basic stage wash works perfectly.
