When you book you’re inviting your guests into a deeply restorative 1.5-hour wellness experience designed to calm the mind, release tension, and guide everyone into a renewed sense of clarity and balance. As the facilitator, Reiki Master and Sound Healing Practitioner Zelette Harris brings a warm, grounding presence that helps groups feel safe, supported, and open to their own healing.

A typical 1.5-hour group experience includes:
1. A Grounded Welcome + Introduction to Energy Healing
We begin with a gentle welcome and a brief, easy-to-understand explanation of:
What Reiki and sound healing are
How energy healing works
How these practices support the nervous system, emotional balance, and overall well-being
What guests can expect during the session
This helps everyone feel comfortable, informed, and ready to relax.

2. Intention Setting + Journaling Prompts
Before we begin the sound bath or group Reiki session, guests are guided through a short intention-setting exercise using journaling prompts such as:
“What do I want to release today?”
“Where in my life do I need more peace, clarity, or balance?”
“What energy do I want to carry forward after this session?”
This allows participants to connect with themselves, gain awareness, and prepare their mind and body for the experience ahead.
