What to Expect

When you work with Zach Larsen Media, you can expect a professional experience without the unnecessary stiffness or pressure.

**Before your event or project:**
We’ll talk through what you’re looking for, the type of event, the important moments you want captured, and what you ultimately want to do with the finished content. I’ll make sure we’re on the same page before the camera comes out.

**During your event:**
I’ll arrive prepared, communicate when needed, and then let the event happen naturally. I focus on capturing both the big moments and the candid details that make your event feel personal. I try to stay out of the way when appropriate while still being intentional about getting the shots you’ll want later.

**After filming:**
Your footage is carefully organized and edited with the final purpose in mind. Whether you need a polished event recap, sports footage, a music video, social media clips, or something more specific, I’ll shape the edit around what you actually need.

**Most importantly:**
You can expect someone who is easy to work with, listens to what you want, and genuinely cares about the final result. I want you to feel comfortable throughout the process and confident that your memories, event, or project are in good hands.

Hi, I’m Zach — the creator behind Zach Larsen Media.

I’m a videographer and editor with 7+ years of experience helping people, businesses, organizations, athletes, artists, and families capture moments that matter. Whether you’re planning a wedding, throwing a party, hosting an event, filming a sporting event, releasing music, or looking to build your social media presence, my goal is simple: create something that feels authentic, looks professional, and gives you something you’ll actually be excited to share.

I’m based in Sunbury, Pennsylvania and regularly travel throughout the surrounding region, typically within about 150 miles. I’m comfortable stepping into all kinds of environments and adapting to whatever an event or project requires.

My work includes event videography, sports and recruiting footage, music videos, social media content, promotional videos, photography, and professional video editing. I also offer post-production services including editing, color grading, audio work, motion graphics, and content formatted specifically for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media.

For production, I work with professional Sony camera equipment along with gimbals, lighting, and dedicated audio equipment to make sure your final product isn't just visually appealing, but sounds great too. In post-production, I primarily work with DaVinci Resolve and Adobe tools to bring everything together.

One of the things I care most about is capturing the moments that aren't always planned. The quick laugh, the reaction from a parent in the crowd, the energy of a celebration, the emotion before a big play, or the little details that make an event uniquely yours. Those candid moments often end up being the parts people remember most.

At the same time, I understand that being in front of a camera can feel uncomfortable. I try to keep the experience professional without making it feel stiff or overly produced. I’m laid-back, easy to work with, and I take the time to understand what you actually want before I start shooting.
