My name is Jireh River Tyler, and my story doesn’t begin with success—it begins with survival.

I grew up navigating instability, the streets, and environments where the odds were stacked against me early. Traditional education was disrupted, and for a time, it felt like my future had already been decided for me. Instead of giving up, I chose a different path. I earned my GED, went on to complete a Bachelor of Science in Justice Administration, and later earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a focus on Government Management.

Today, I am the founder of The Tyler Justice Collective, a legal consulting firm centered on advocacy, access, and justice. My work is deeply rooted in lived experience—helping people understand systems that often feel overwhelming and reminding them that their past does not disqualify their potential.

As a motivational speaker, I focus on resilience, second chances, self-advocacy, and redefining success. I speak candidly about growing up without stability, rebuilding from the ground up, and what it truly takes to break cycles—not just dream about it. My talks resonate especially with students, youth, and communities who may not see themselves reflected in traditional success narratives.
