Memory Makers Events does far more than simply show up and play music. We work with you in advance to understand your plans, your guests, your musical tastes, and the atmosphere you want to create. On event day, we arrive professionally prepared with premium sound and lighting equipment and work closely with your venue and other vendors to help everything flow smoothly.

For weddings, Bryan serves not only as your DJ, but as an experienced Master of Ceremonies and Event Host. He coordinates announcements, introductions, special dances, traditions, and other important moments while helping maintain the timeline throughout the celebration. Our style is polished and engaging without making your wedding feel like a performance by the DJ. The focus remains on you and your guests—not on us.

Music is tailored to both your preferences and the guests actually in the room. We combine your requested songs with years of experience reading a dance floor, adjusting throughout the evening to keep guests involved and the celebration moving.

Depending on your event, Memory Makers Events can also provide ceremony sound, wedding officiant services, photo booths with unlimited sessions and prints, audio guest books, custom monograms, uplighting, karaoke, and other event enhancements.

Led by Event Host & Experience Director Bryan Stietenroth, Memory Makers Events brings extensive experience from more than 1,200 weddings and special events. Bryan is an experienced DJ and charismatic Master of Ceremonies who understands how to read a crowd, keep an event flowing naturally, and create an atmosphere where guests of every generation feel included.

Our DJ & MC services feature professional, tour-grade sound and lighting, carefully planned music, and hands-on event leadership from the first consultation through the final song. We work closely with our clients, venues, photographers, coordinators, and other professionals to help keep the celebration organized, on schedule, and enjoyable—without making the event feel overly structured.

Memory Makers Events provides the professional sound, lighting, microphones, cabling, stands, control equipment, and other production equipment included with your selected services. Clients are not expected to provide sound or lighting equipment.

DJ / MC & Reception

For most wedding receptions and private events, we require:

• A safe, level performance area with adequate space for the equipment included in your package
• Reliable electrical power within reasonable proximity to the setup area
• Adequate time for load-in, setup, sound check, and breakdown
• Reasonable access to the venue for loading and unloading equipment
• Protection from guests, catering traffic, and other conditions that could damage professional equipment

Our sound system is professionally selected and configured according to the size and layout of the venue and expected attendance. Larger events may require additional sound reinforcement or production considerations.

Outdoor Events

Professional electronic equipment must be completely protected from rain, moisture, and other potentially damaging weather conditions. Outdoor setups require suitable overhead protection and safe, reliable electrical service.

Extreme heat, severe weather, high winds, lightning, unsafe ground conditions, or other hazardous circumstances may require equipment to be relocated, temporarily shut down, or not operated until conditions are safe.

Ceremony Sound

When ceremony sound is included, Memory Makers Events can provide a separate professional sound system so the ceremony and reception do not have to depend upon the same equipment being moved between locations.

Wireless microphone options are available for the officiant and ceremony participants as appropriate. Ceremony requirements are reviewed during the planning process so that vows, readings, and music can be clearly heard by guests.

Lighting

When dance lighting, uplighting, monogram projection, or other lighting enhancements are included, adequate electrical service and suitable placement locations are required. Certain lighting effects may also depend upon venue rules, ceiling height, room configuration, and other site conditions.

Photo Booth

Photo Booth service requires a safe, level setup area and access to standard electrical power. The booth should be located indoors whenever possible and positioned where guests can easily enjoy it without interfering with food service, major walkways, or the dance floor.

Venue Coordination

We are happy to communicate with your venue, coordinator, or other event professionals in advance regarding setup requirements, electrical service, load-in procedures, placement, timelines, or other technical considerations.

Every venue and event is different. If your location has unusual electrical limitations, difficult load-in access, stairs, outdoor conditions, strict sound restrictions, or other special requirements, please let us know in advance so we can plan appropriately.
