Hired Dax for a birthday party. He arrived early and took over. He communicated well leading up to the event and throughout the night. He was friendly and professional. Really easy to work with and was a good sport with a variety of guests. He learned the menu and mixed some delicious cocktails. I would highly recommend him and if we host again he’ll be my first choice.
