Dr. Jason Wiggins is an author of the book “How to Retain and Motivate Millennial Leaders, along with being Keynote Speaker and University professor who has been exploring multi-generations for almost 15 years: including Gen Z and Millennials retention and motivation within the service industry.
His experience spans over 25 years in progressive management roles in a variety of blue and while collared occupations while conducting extensive cultural studies on Millennials and Gen Zs in the workplace. His studies include the ability to understand and motivate millennials and Gen Zs to retain them within the organizations. Dr. Wiggins is also the host of the popular Podcase: Your Motivational and Gen Z Expert. His speaking engagements consist of speaking to small and large service businesses and university to help guide corporations and the workforce to understand how to retain and motivate Gen Z’s and Millennials.

Growing up I was labeled too small, too weak and not good enough... My message about perseverance and overcoming odds will help others become the individual they want to be. My goal is to touch as many lives as possible. I believe we are all capable of greatness and my goal is to help those that are inspired to get there. I was expected to be someone that was going to be the middle of the road failure that has risen the ranks in executive manager, scholar, author, consultant, and I want to share that YES YOU CAN do it too. Let's excite the Gen Z and millennials and empower them to successfully navigate life while being productive, motivated employees and citizens.
