What to expect
Relish in the exhales in this basic all levels flow class. Together we will explore traditional yoga philosophy, yoga postures, and meditation while promoting flexibility and alignment in the body and mind. We will strengthen, lengthen and learn to let go! The emphasis will be on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. This class is appropriate to open-minded beginners, seasoned practitioners, and everyone in between.
