Setup requirements vary based on the menu, guest count, service style, and venue. Yellow Rose Catering will coordinate all setup needs with the client prior to the event.

For most catered events, we require reasonable access to the event space for loading and unloading, a clean and designated area for food service, and adequate setup time before guest arrival. Electrical access, water access, tables, kitchen facilities, or additional equipment may be required depending on the selected menu and service style.

For outdoor events, suitable shelter and a weather contingency plan may be required. Any venue restrictions regarding cooking equipment, open flames, generators, or food preparation should be communicated in advance.
