We bring the equipment, set up the attraction, and guide your guests through the fun. Whether you’re planning a festival, school event, corporate gathering, convention, or private celebration, we’ll help you choose a setup that fits your space, audience, and schedule.

Here’s what you can book:

• Arena-scale VR: Up to six players share a virtual adventure while physically moving through the same play area. Wireless headsets let guests walk, dodge, and work together without being tethered to a computer. Choose from cooperative adventures and competitive games, with haptic vests available for compatible experiences so players can feel some of the action.

• Mobile VR trailer: Our VR trailer brings a dedicated gaming space to your location, creating a recognizable attraction and a place for guests to step into virtual reality.

• Individual VR stations: A flexible option for events with less space, giving guests their own VR experience with guidance from our staff.

You don’t need to be a gamer to enjoy it. We explain the equipment, help guests get comfortable, and introduce the controls before they play. We’ll recommend experiences based on your audience’s ages, interests, and comfort levels, whether they want a friendly first adventure or something more competitive.

There’s fun for spectators, too. Watching friends duck, dodge, and react is part of the experience, and spectator screens can show the virtual action so the crowd can follow along and cheer them on.

For the event planner, we handle equipment setup and breakdown, player instructions, session coordination, and equipment cleaning between players. Our staff stay with the attraction throughout your booking to help guests and keep things moving.

Before the event, we’ll coordinate the practical details with you, including space, power, access, and any outdoor setup or weather considerations. We’ll also discuss session length and guest rotation so the experience fits the way your event runs.

I’m Randy Habfast, owner of XRVR, a mobile virtual reality entertainment company based in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Since 2018, we’ve brought VR experiences to festivals, conventions, schools, community celebrations, and private events across the East Coast.

My favorite part is watching people discover what they can do together in VR. Friends become teammates, coworkers start calling out strategies, and someone who has never touched a headset walks away asking for another round, or saying, and I quote, "those were the best 10 minutes of my life." Those shared moments are what I want people to remember about XRVR.

Our specialty is arena-scale VR, where up to six players physically move through a shared space while experiencing a virtual world together. We also offer a mobile VR trailer and individual VR stations, giving event planners options for different spaces and audiences. We bring the equipment and guide guests through the experience, from fitting their headsets to helping them get comfortable with their first game.

I’m also the founder of VRASEL, the VR Arena-Scale Esports League. Through that work, I’m helping build opportunities for students to compete in a form of esports that combines gaming with physical movement, communication, and teamwork.

XRVR brings the VR equipment and staff to operate your experience. Requirements vary by the attraction booked, so we’ll confirm the layout, power, access, and setup arrangements with you before your event.

• Arena space: Arena-scale VR requires a clear, level play area with stable footing and no furniture, obstacles, or overhead hazards. The required dimensions depend on the games and number of players. Please confirm the proposed space with us before assigning a location or finalizing your floor plan. Allow additional room outside the play area for equipment, guest check-in, and spectators.

• Mobile trailer: Plan for an operating footprint of approximately 35 feet long by 20 feet wide, including room around the trailer for access and operation. This does not include the approach and maneuvering space needed to position it. We’ll need a suitable route into the site, firm and level parking, and clear guest access. Please flag tight turns, gates, slopes, low branches, or other access restrictions in advance.

• Individual VR stations: Each station needs a dedicated, clear play area with enough separation from walls, furniture, other players, and passing foot traffic. We’ll confirm the dimensions for your selected experience.

• Power: Please provide details about the available electrical outlets and their distance from the attraction. We’ll confirm the outlet and circuit requirements for your chosen setup. If your location has limited or no power, let us know during the booking process so we can discuss arrangements.

• Outdoor events: Outdoor VR requires a suitable surface and protection from direct sunlight and weather. Please coordinate tent or covered-space arrangements with us in advance. Rain, high winds, extreme temperatures, or unsafe ground conditions may require changes to the setup or a pause in operation. An indoor backup location is helpful when available.

• Lighting and sound: Arena and individual VR play areas need consistent lighting so equipment can track player movement. Please tell us about dark rooms, strobe effects, or strong direct sunlight. Positioning us away from loudspeakers also helps guests hear safety instructions and communicate with teammates.

• Internet: Connectivity needs depend on the selected experience and any online features. Let us know whether reliable Wi-Fi or wired internet is available, and we’ll confirm whether it is needed for your booking.

• Setup and breakdown: We need access before the booked activity begins and time afterward to pack equipment safely. Timing depends on the attraction and venue. Please share loading instructions, parking arrangements, stairs, elevators, and any restricted access windows in advance.

• Guest flow and safety: Keep entrances, exits, and walkways clear. Spectators and waiting guests must remain outside active play areas. XRVR staff provide equipment fitting, operating instructions, and supervision, and we’ll confirm any game-specific participation requirements before the event.
