About

Tina B. Coleman is a women’s empowerment speaker, author, and midlife reinvention mentor dedicated to helping women 40+ rebuild confidence, overcome fear, and boldly step into their next chapter.

After navigating profound personal loss, major life transitions, and starting over in midlife, Tina rebuilt her life from the inside out — becoming sober, reclaiming her health, relocating internationally, and reinventing her purpose. Her journey inspired her book, 50 Fabulous & F*ckable: A Midlife Guide to Reinvention, Confidence & Travel*, and now fuels the powerful, relatable talks she delivers to audiences worldwide.

Featured on 40+ podcasts, Tina is known for blending humor, honesty, and practical tools that audiences can immediately apply. Her presentations focus on confidence, resilience, reinvention, solo travel, and the courage to begin again at any age.

Whether speaking at corporate events, women’s conferences, retreats, or virtual summits, Tina leaves audiences feeling empowered, energized, and equipped to take bold action in their own lives.

Additional booking notes

For in-person events, Tina requires a wireless handheld or lavalier microphone (depending on event size), a small table or podium if available, and standard AV support for slides if used. A confidence monitor is appreciated for larger stages but not required.

Tina is flexible and happy to coordinate with event planners and AV teams in advance to ensure a seamless, stress-free experience.

For virtual events, Tina presents from a quiet, well-lit space with a reliable high-speed internet connection and clear audio. She is experienced with Zoom and other major virtual platforms and coordinates in advance to ensure a smooth presentation.

Influences and inspiration

Tina’s work is influenced by thought leaders and authors in personal development, resilience, and women’s empowerment. She draws inspiration from voices that challenge traditional narratives around aging, identity, and reinvention. Her message is shaped by modern conversations around midlife transformation, global living, confidence psychology, and the courage to create a second act on one’s own terms.
