You can’t influence someone that you can’t connect with or understand. I use a process beginning with an assessment utilizing DISC. DISC is a behavior assessment tool based on the DISC theory which centers on four different personality traits which are Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance. Once we know the personality of each member of the team, we are ready to train through the Maxwell Methods of training and coaching to achieve transformational change within an organization.
