What to Expect
Once you contact us, we will respond with several questions to clarify what you need. We will then send you a quote to review. You will be at liberty to add or remove any item you wish. After you’ve decided to go with us, we will request a deposit. Once the deposit is paid, a lead coordinator will be assigned to you and will communicate via text, email and/or phone to start the process. You will meet with your coordinator at least once either in person or online before your wedding to clear up any questions you may have. The day of, your coordinator along with a minimum of one assistant will be the first to arrive at your venue, and the last to leave. No detail will be untouched. Vendors will be managed and you will enjoy the most wonderful event you could have possibly imagined!
WithoutaHitch was created with the goal of offering a more personalized experience for wedding and event planning. Most packages offer constant direct contact with a lead planner throughout the entire process along with 1-3 in person, zoom or over the phone meetings.
We tailor all packages to why you need, but they all include the following a Day of timeline, Set up/clean up And Vendor Management. From there and depending on your needs we can help or do your event design, locate and book vendors, review contracts and offer personal guidance with the many small details that are apart of planning a wedding or event. You never have to worry about being alone in this process as we will be there for you every step of the way.
