To ensure the best performance possible, here’s what you need to know about our setup and requirements:

🎤 Band Size & Setup
* Flexible lineups available: 6 to 10-piece band
(Includes vocals, rhythm section, and optional horn section)
* Stage size: Minimum 16’ wide x 12’ deep preferred (adjustable based on venue)
🔊 Sound Requirements
* We provide full sound system for most events (up to 250 guests)
* For larger venues or events, we may coordinate with your AV team or recommend a professional sound company
* Access to power outlets (minimum two separate 20-amp circuits) is required near the stage
💡 Lighting
* Basic stage lighting available upon request
* For enhanced ambiance or large-scale events, we recommend working with a lighting vendor
* We’re happy to coordinate with your event planner or venue on lighting needs
🎶 Performance Time
* Standard performance: 3-4 hours with set breaks
* Custom timelines available (ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner sets, etc.)
* Emcee services included upon request
🚚 Load-In/Load-Out
* We require 60–90 minutes for setup and soundcheck
* Easy access for unloading equipment is appreciated
