WVGE helped make our vacation a trip to remember!

We enlisted WVGE to help with our family vacation to Oregon, and we couldn't be happier with that decision! After learning about our goals and expectations, our guide, Chris, curated a perfect custom itinerary and a rentals package that gave our little kids so much joy. For our trip to Mt Tabor, he brought wagons, bats and balls, and scooters. Later, while the girls relaxed at the house, he took the guys on super fun golf outing. He mapped out our beach day with Painted Rock Beach, Hug Point and Cannon Beach. Chris brought paints and brushes so we could paint our own rocks, as well as chairs, blankets, kites, shovels & buckets, and more toys for the kiddos. He planned a tailgate lunch and showed us Haystack Rock. Our Waterfalls Tour Day was a breeze with Chris navigating the maps and parking passes for us. We saw the best waterfalls, had lunch at a food truck park, and made an unexpected (but greatly appreciated!) side trip into Washington. On our final day, he took us to the top of Mt. Hood, where our Texas kids saw snow in June! We saw Little Crater Lake, had another picnic, and played in the water at Trillium Lake. WVGE did all the hard work of planning the trip, and helped give us a fantastic, unforgettable vacation. I highly recommend WVGE for vacation excursions!

What to expect

1. I Arrive and Set Everything Up

I bring the full simulator—display, sensors, mats, clubs, balls, and games—to your location.
Indoor or outdoor setups both work as long as there’s 110V power and a 10 ft x 20 ft space, with at least 10 ft vertical clearance.

2. Quick Calibration & Safety Check

I get everything dialed in so shots read accurately and the game runs clean.
You don’t have to lift a finger.

3. Play!

Warm up, compete, run closest-to-the-pin contests, or just hit for fun.
I’m there the whole time to run the tech, facilitate any contests or fundraisers, keep things flowing, and even play with you if you want.

4. Relax — I Handle the Cleanup

When your session ends, I break everything down and haul it out.
No mess, no hassle, no stress.

Standard Pricing

$150 for 2 hours (morning sessions)
Daily and evening rates available on request.

Additional booking notes

To ensure a smooth, safe, and worry-free setup, here are the key technical details for hosting the simulator:

Space Requirements

The simulator requires a minimum 10 ft x 20 ft area, with a ceiling height of at least 10 feet recommended for a comfortable, full golf swing.
Indoor or outdoor setups are both fine as long as the space is clear and level.

Outdoor Setup Policy

For any outdoor event, the simulator must be covered by a canopy or awning provided by the client.
This protects all electronic components from rain or moisture.
A standard 10x20 pop-up canopy is ideal.

Power Requirements

The simulator runs on low power and only needs a standard 110V household outlet.
A regular extension cord works perfectly—no special circuits required.

Enclosure Options

Choose the setup that best fits your location:

Partially Enclosed Simulator – Great for outdoor or open-air events while still containing ball flight.

Fully Enclosed Simulator – Provides maximum safety and is recommended for indoor spaces or tighter environments.

Setup requirements

Power (110 volt)

10 ft x 20 ft space (with 10 ft ceiling recommended)

Rain Protection (only if outdoors, 10 x 20 EZ UP or equivalent)
