Wildfire Brass Band

At a Wildfire Brass Band show you will hear high-energy, funky versions of your favorite popular songs spanning the past five decades. Their sound, simply put, is unmatched. The audience will be on their feet waving, clapping, and singing along.

Two trumpets, two trombones, a sax, a sousaphone (tuba), and drums is NOT recipe for background music. Wildfire Brass will get the party started in a way that you've never seen.

Wildfire Brass Band is NOT a shrunken high school basketball band. We perform highly stylized, funky versions of your favorite songs. That said, we are always looking for any excuse to learn new songs. With a few weeks notice, we will happily learn a new song or two at your request.

The brainchild of Elliot Deutsch, Robert Todd, and Bob Lawrence, Wildfire Brass Band represents the sights and sounds of the mountains north of Los Angeles, where fire warnings, freeway closures, and evacuations seasonally shape the experience of living in the warm climate.

We can provide a PA. But many of your show's don't require much sound reinforcement. We will often use a single speaker for amplifying only the sousaphone and vocals.
