Whiskey Stone is a hard rock band from Ventura, CA. They put their own twist on all your rock and alternative favorites from the 70's, 80's, 90's and beyond.
The band was founded by lead guitarist Phil MacPhail and long-time collaborator and drummer Pepe Rangel. Completing the group is local bass player Jeff Pool and vocalist JC Conca.
All the guys of Whiskey Stone are committed to bringing an arena-worthy performance to venues of any size while creating a party/club vibe that draws fans (and soon to be fans) into the action. The result is always an experience that eclipses what you get from a typical classic-rock bar band.
Whiskey Stone is available to play local and regional venues as well as both private and public events. The band's repertoire is sufficient to cover engagements up to four hours. The equipment and arrangements can comfortably scale from small, semi-acoustic events with small audiences to full-electric events with theater-size crowds.
Each member of Whiskey Stone has professional experience as both performer and crew, and they never fail to provide the positive attitude and respect that makes the whole event click.
We can provide audio or can easily plug ourselves into the house system to play your hard rock favorites the way you want to hear them!
