I'm a professional guitarist and singer born and raised in Wilmington, NC specializing in weddings, events, parties and entertainment for restaurants and bars. Having played hundreds of weddings up and down the southeastern coast, I'm familiar with all of the popular wedding music, classical and contemporary and am equally at home in a formal ceremony, a small beach wedding or a lively reception playing a mix of classic rock, soul and country along with current favorites. I also perform as part of the powerhouse eastern NC band Heart and Soul and in a duo with our singer, Shawnette Baity.

June 23, 2014Wes performed, just he and his guitar, Clapton' Tears in Heaven at a Memorial Service for my Brother. Leading up to the event, he was responsive, collaborative, flexible and helpful. At the event, Wes showed up early, helped figure the best set up and was completely low maintenance. The performance itself was beautiful. The guitar work, his voice, his manner -- all right on. Thought the song he captured the mood of the room and played it beautifully back to us. I would recommend Wes without reservation.
