Wellness Expert - Dr. Dee

Audience Members can expect a real, engaging, down to earth person who is passionate about helping her audience see the best in themselves!

We start with real gut check assessments on why we believe what we believe, and quickly demolish the things, attitudes, behavior patters, thought processes that stand in our ways.

She'll make you laugh, she'll make you cry, she might even make you a little uncomfortable with the theoretical mirror we all so desperately avoid.

Her courses range from 10 minute power talks, to 2 hour presentations and when given enough notice, we apply to get CEU credits if necessary. Cannot guarantee CEU's but we will try.

Dr. Dee has a stage presence that can only come from decades of performance. Starting with gymnastics at age three and then progressing to diving she became very comfortable wowing audiences wearing little more than leotards and Lycra... talk about being comfortable in her skin! Thus, speaking on stage became a natural part of what she wanted to do!

After obtaining her Doctor degree she continues to pursue her passion of empowering individuals to take that next step in their health journey while still keeping the entertaining aspect.

As a Health & Wellness "Edu-tainer" she brings tremendous amounts of energy, humor, research, inspiration, and relate-able stories to challenge your perspective on what health means.

As a high level athlete she knows what it takes to be competitive & coach her patients to empower them to create a shift in perspective & habits. “My goal is to challenge your thinking, create a shift, & help you, your company, and your families become healthier, happier, & more productive!”

After obtaining her Doctor degree, she pursued her passion of wellness by focusing on key principles of eating better, moving more, & thinking healthier. With 7 years of public speaking & 30+ years of performance audiences stay engaged.
