August 4, 2017The Classic Center (Athens, GA) has been fortunate enough to work with the Weekend Getaway Band for several of our events over the last few years. No matter what style of music we ask them to play, they always knock it out of the park. They have also accompanied high school students for the last two years at our annual Celebration of the Arts event, during which we award annual scholarships in the performing arts. Every single member of the band is kind and patient with our students, making each performer feel at home on stage. They are true professionals, incredible musicians, and truly wonderful people.

July 19, 2017This is the second 4th of July I have asked Weekend Getaway to perform at our annual celebration. The band is fantastic - great variety of music, amazing sound, fun vibe, and so easy and professional to work with. I work at a country club and our event for the 4th has a wide range of ages in attendance. However, the band appeals to absolutely everyone and I always get such positive feedback. I will definitely use the band again for future events! Highly recommend!

September 15, 2015Weeknd Getaway played our Main Street Stage at this years Taste of Kennesaw. It is the first year we have had a band on that particular stage to close out the event in that area. They played very well to the crowd and as a result that portion of the festival remained very active well into the evening. Our vendors in the area were very pleased and our crowds remained engaged - Will definatly be bringng them back.

September 15, 2015The Weekend Getaway band performed for the City of Duluth on 9/11 this year. They were extremely accommodating when it came to the music choices, they were very open to working with us to make sure the event went off without a hitch. The band members are extremely kind and professional. The crows enjoyed their performance and danced all night. We look forward to working with the Weekend Getaway band again in the future!

September 14, 2015Weekend Getaway was such an easy choice once we heard their music! My team and I were excited to have them open the dedication of our 440 Foundry Pavilion- and with much reason to be- they delivered beyond belief! The Grand Opening was a huge success, played to their upbeat and easy listening tunes. We enjoyed their performance so much that I invited them back to play as one of only three acts for our 3rd Annual Classic City BBQ Festival. We look forward to working with Weekend Getaway in the future more fabulous events!
