WEDDING SERVICES
*Individual Consultations may be added as needed, as each couple’s needs are unique.
Preparation
*Work with you to design an inspirational Board for thoughts, ideas and color themes.
*Obtain copies of all vendor contracts and contact information
*Contact all vendors to confirm details/delivery/pickup
*Create itinerary for “day of” activities and distribute to all vendors
*Meet with DJ/Wedding MC to review itinerary, special songs, dances, games, etc.
*Attend final fitting of bridal gown for bustle, only if requested.
WEDDING REHEARSAL:
*Direct rehearsal flow, coordinate and suggest ceremony details
*Enlist members of the wedding party with various duties (Roles Letter mailed)
*Provide a wedding day itinerary to all members of the bridal party
WEDDING DAY ACTIVITIES:
*Wedding consultant and staff (if required) will arrive 2-3 hours prior
*Direct wedding ceremony and reception
*Oversee vendor arrival/main point of contact for vendors
*Ensure dcor is set according to plan
*Ensure timeline is followed according to plan
*Pin flowers on family and attendants and distribute bouquets to bride and bridesmaids
*Set-up items including toasting glasses, cake knife, guest book, place cards, etc.
*Direct reception flow with introduction of bride and groom, first dance, etc.
*Handle any discrepancies that may require attention
