We arrive in durable flight cases for a professional setup, utilize club-quality sound systems with broadcast-clear wireless microphones, and offer breathtaking intelligent lighting options. We pride ourselves on expert planning and flawless coordination with all vendors, photographers, videographers, and planners, ensuring a polished presentation and a timeline that runs smoothly from start to finish. Our technical requirements focus on professional execution and a seamless presentation: we prefer a professional load-in via a loading dock when available and utilize durable flight cases for all equipment transport. A minimum of two dedicated 20-amp electrical circuits are required within 20 feet of the performance area (one for audio, one for lighting), and we need a minimum 10ft x 6ft stage space. For outdoor events, adequate overhead coverage and a ground-level, stable surface are mandatory to protect our club-quality sound system and intelligent lighting rigs. We also require access to the performance space a minimum of 90 minutes before guest arrival for setup and soundcheck.
Our set list is highly flexible and completely customizable to match each couple’s unique musical taste and wedding vibe; we happily take requests during the event and work with you in advance to create the perfect custom playlist for your celebration.
