I love turning everyday people into unforgettable works of art they’ll laugh about, and proudly treasure.
My inspiration has always come from the cartoonists who shaped my love of drawing as a kid. Artists like Bill Watterson (Calvin and Hobbes), Berkeley Breathed (Bloom County), Jim Davis (Garfield), Dik Browne (Hägar the Horrible), Hank Ketcham (Dennis the Menace), and Mort Walker (Beetle Bailey) taught me that great cartooning is about more than a likeness—it’s about storytelling, expression, and heart. Every caricature I create is my way of paying tribute to those cartooning giants.
I also create custom caricatures, portraits, cartoons, and illustrations from my studio by appointment.

I always come very prepared. I have my own portable french sketch easel, bristol board to draw on, markers, and self seal bags for the finished art work. I can supply 3 chairs if needed, and I have my own 10x10 canopy tent for being outdoors. I also bring a lamp and extension cord just in case the lighting is not optimal
I am a self taught artist, I have been drawing, sketching, and doodling for quite a long time. When I get asked how long I have drawing or how I got started I always have the same answer. That I am quite certain in junior high or high school you had at least one class with the one kid who sat in back and doodled in his/her notebook. I was a kid like that.
