Jaeron-Imhotep Opree-Octavian Joyner (Tep Joyner) is part owner of W.a.s.t.e Entertainment (link hidden) an excutive member of the company, he serve as the VP of Public Relations, studio and events coordinator, managing DJ, lead sound engineer, and lead contract specialist. He is simple by trade an music recording Artists and Executive Entertainment Producer.

As a recording artist, Tep Joyner is known as Tep the LIon. Tep the Lion has a dynamic artistry with jazz roots. He has works published in serval different genres including hip-hop, R&B, Reggae, Jazz, Neosoul, Turntablism and Dubstep. As a DJ artist, Tep Joyner is known as DJ Push-Play or simple DJ Tep Joyner. While Tep Joyner does DJ typical party events (Weddings, Functions, and Club Events), He is a new breed of DJ focused on exposing talent. As a talent showcase DJ, Tep Joyner would forge many open mics and talent showcases across the DMV have a small hand in exposing DMV talents now popular like Wale, Tabbi Bonet, Fat Trell and many other DMV talents now enjoying mainsteam attention.

As an Executive Entertainment Producer, Tep Joyner has been producing and publishing original works since 2001. Over the years, with all that he does, their is an underlying mission to connect entertainment artists to production facilities where they can record, package, and market their craft. Tep Joyner sets out to fortify and stimulate the Entertainment market in the DC metro area.

Throughout this journey, Tep Joyner has picked up several credentials and completed several projects. In 2012, Tep Joyner obtained a Master's of Arts in Organizational Communication along with a certification in Project Management in the State of Maryland. He is a active member of DCTV public television and the DC chapter of Project Management Institute (PMI).
