Washington St. Carolers perform in festive 10–15 minute sets with a total of 30 minutes of beautifully arranged holiday music. We can rotate sets throughout your event—either repeating by request or mixing in different songs each time to keep the experience fresh and engaging for your guests.

Our singers can stroll and perform in various areas of your venue, welcoming guests with live carols and creating a warm holiday atmosphere wherever we go.

We perform a cappella, so no sound system or equipment is required—just point us in the right direction, and we’ll bring the Christmas cheer with ease and professionalism.

Performance Style: A cappella vocal quartet (no backing tracks or instruments required)

Set Format: 10–15 minute sets with approximately 30 minutes of repertoire; sets can be repeated or varied with new song selections throughout the event

Strolling or Stationary: We can perform in one designated area or stroll between multiple locations within your venue

Sound & Equipment: No microphones, speakers, or sound equipment required — fully self-contained

Space Requirements: Only a small standing area is needed (approx. 6 ft x 6 ft) for each performance set

Outdoor Events: We are able to perform outdoors; a covered area or overhead protection is appreciated in case of inclement weather

Lighting: Standard event lighting is sufficient — no stage lighting is required

Arrival & Timing: We arrive dressed and ready to perform unless otherwise arranged
