Insurance: $1,000,000 - Insurance is available but not included. We can adapt the insurance requirements to your event and venue requirements, 1,000,000/2,000,000 liability is standard. Cost is and additional $125 and up
We try to get all of the work and planning done with you before the event. While we are adaptable to changes on the fly, we will start setting up very early so everything is ready to go before the first guests arrive. We provide the delivery, setup and operation, so you can concentrate on your other event details.
If your event starts before if gets dark, or you want to have a couple hours before the movie starts, you can take advantage of the great sound system and have music playing, make announcements, and do games and activities before the movie.
After the event, we do the breakdown as fast and clean as we can.

Jaws with VXP's Multi-Media QUAD Screens. See pics. This was an outdoor movie night for well over 1000 people showing JAWS. We included our 50 foot wide inflatable QUADS - each has 4 screens inside them. While the QUADS are designed for video game nights or specialty advertising projections, we used them to add some atmosphere to the movie night. For Jaws, we set up a QUAD on each side of the main screen and projected them to look like giant aquariums with sharks swimming in them. All of this while showing the Jaws Movie on the main screen. This was nothing short of amazing and "Jaw" dropping.
Adding creative lighting, additional screens like the QUADS, thematic inflatables, snow machines for holiday events and more will really set your event apart from the rest.

We can play your DVD's. You can also conect your laptop or other device into the system. Once we are setup, the system can be used to play music, make announcements, or use the system for any activities. For example - many will want to do pre-movie games, trivia and other fun activities. We can also help you with this.
Pre-Movie Photo Fun - We can setup a thematic backdrop that matchs the theme of the movie or event. As people come up for photos, we will prepare and show those on the Big screen before the movie.
Showing your special videos, photos or other presentations can also be done.
Logos, sponsor content, and other promotional materils can also be projector With or WITHOUT sound.
Live Streaming, Live Cameras or other creative sources
Video Games and any other video devices can connect into the system.

We also have been a part of many large and special events including Coachella, The Sundance Film Festival, Festival and larger events with 1000's of guests.
Basic Setup included. This includes connecting to your power. Depending on the screen size, staking and securing the screen will be necessary. If your location has any special circumstances additional charges may apply.
For example, the movie screen setup is on concrete so we cannot use stakes. Additional special setup will be required... or there is no power so we need to bring in generators.
